In honour of Nelvana’s 50th anniversary and the studio’s lasting impact on Canada’s media industry, Nelvana, Telefilm, Youth Media Alliance and the City of Toronto are celebrating Canadian Children’s Media Day, a day dedicated to recognizing Canada’s successes and growing position as a trailblazer in the global animation and children’s media industry, on July 26.
